<p>For one, the moment you embark on a building muscle program you will need to put in a lot calories as it is needed in building muscles.  Shedding those unwanted fat is asking you to have low calorie intake.</p>
<p>Tying to get done with these objectives will not necessarily be healthy for you.  It is inevitable that you will get fat in adding weight; however, the question here is just how much fat you want to get.<br />

Let us dig deeper to answer our query of:  “Is it really possible to increase one’s weight without getting fat?”</p>
<p>There are two approaches in putting on muscle mass.</p>
<p>First, eat as much as you can.  This led to the belief that in order to build muscle mass, one has to take in a lot of food which is false.  Our body can incorporate a lot of muscle tissues right away and once this is finished will store the residual calories as body fat.  So people who consume more than 5,000 calories in a day are bound to get that unwanted fat.</p>
<p>Second is to take on further reasonable approach and this is to eat only as many extra calories to sustain the development of muscles.  In doing this, you will get lean tissues without any worry of developing body fat.</p>
<p>If this is to be assumed, how many calories are to be sustained and how much muscles can be developed?</p>
<p>If you have heard of anyone say that he gained 20 more pounds of muscles in a short period of time, this is because his genes are good and has practiced exceptional workouts and nutritional scheme.  Nevertheless, this is very unusual.</p>
<p>A person trained in the usual manner can expect to gain ½ a pound of muscle in a week provided he is doing the workouts appropriately.  This will lessen without good genes and improper nutrition.  Gaining 2-4 pounds of muscles in a month will not in any way require you to have high calorie intake.<a href="http://www.musclebodybuildingblog.com/"><img class="size-full wp-image-220 alignright" title="2" src="http://www.musclebodybuildingblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/2.png" alt="" width="80" height="73" /></a></p>
<p>You run the risk of getting added body fat if you have a higher intake.  Maintain 250-500 calories to build more muscles with no worries of a lot of body fat.  Look at yourself and check if your weight gain is brought about by fat. If it is, lessen your calorie intake gradually.</p>
<p>Not because a certain regimen worked with others, it will also for you.  Individuals are different and so are their metabolisms.</p>
<p>Patience is a virtue and it must be practiced with your wanting to build muscles.  It is better to do it slowly but surely rather than rush yourself and ending up getting bulks in the wrong places.<br />

<p><strong>Limit reps to 10</strong></p>
<p>To quickly put on muscles, do the heavy lifting method.  Make sure that weights are intense and do them for 10 reps only.  Treat each workout as always a new thing and battling your scrawny genes.  It will be better to have a workout partner to avoid being lazy, any injury, or pushing yourself too hard.</p>
<p>Put in mind that hauling up more than 10 reps only stresses your muscle filaments to contract slowly giving it the lowest rate of muscle development.<br />

<strong>Lessen workout time</strong>.</p>
<p>Do keep your workout time less, observe short rests and then quickly shift from one workout to the next.  If you still do not like your body, don’t worry.  This should instead motivate you to solidify your muscles and move on to a new workout phase.</p>
<p><strong>Do only one exercise for every muscle group must be performed</strong>.</p>
<p>Why only one?  Because you do not want to injure one muscle in just an hour or so just to be able to build them.</p>
<p>Your aim is to build your muscles and not to wear them out.   The body will be compelled to adjust once it starts to experience a new spur, thereby developing new muscles to stop potential physical attacks.  Your chore is to move on the new level of workout once the last exercise has been surpassed.</p>

<p>85% maximal effort must be put in on your first 1-2 sets.  The 3<sup>rd</sup> must be at 95% while the fourth (or at times could mean the 5<sup>th</sup>) must be placed at 100% maximal effort.  Responsible for the growth of the muscle is the last set.  The muscle will get tired if you do more than what is recommended and will be a setback to your recovery to knock the muscles once more.  The last set must be done for at least 1-2 additional reps or an additional 5-10 pounds than the last one.  If you were able to do this, then you definitely were able to achieve your task.</p>
<p><strong>Amplify your strength to 5% after every 2 weeks.</strong></p>
<p>Set your goal to intensify your vigor to 5% after every 2 weeks.  The bigger muscle groups, which consist of the legs and back, develop faster than the smaller group of muscles, which are the triceps and biceps.  Therefore, you need to monitor your progress.  This monitoring process will also stop you from doing the same workouts, thus increasing your chance to build more muscles.</p>
<p>The above five tips are not the archetypal general counsel for building your body.  It is better to put it in action and find out the results for yourself.<br />
